Services and pricing
Inform Studio provides custom digital design, illustration, animation, and consulting services. Each project is quoted in writing before work begins. Prices depend on scientific complexity, number of deliverables, usage rights, schedule, and revision scope.
- Scientific figures, diagrams, and technical schematics

No payment is required through this website. Customers can contact Inform Studio by email and will receive a written estimate before any invoice or payment request is issued.
Terms, cancellations, and refunds
- Terms and conditions
- All work is custom digital design, illustration, animation, or consulting. Work begins only after a written quote has been accepted. Quotes define deliverables, fees, schedule, revision scope, payment terms, and usage rights.
- Refund policy
- Payments made before work begins are refundable. Deposits, milestone payments, and completed work are not refundable once the agreed work has begun. Incorrect charges or overpayments will be refunded where applicable.
- Cancellation policy
- Projects may be cancelled in writing by emailing sean@inform.studio. If a project is cancelled after work begins, completed work and committed project time remain payable.
- Payment and delivery
- Invoices are issued after quote acceptance or project milestones. Final digital files are delivered after approval and after any required final payment is received.

- If you email Inform Studio, your message and contact details are used only to respond to your request and, where applicable, manage a project or quote.
